Yoga Flow with Love and Gratitude. 
In Yoga Flow with Love and Gratitude class you will learn to express yourself, accept and appreciate your body harmonically. You will learn to listen the vibrations of your energy, allow yourself to accept, generate, share, and spread Love and Gratitude.

Power Flow Yoga.
Power Flow Yoga is a strong class with dynamic movements from one pose to another with focusing on your breath. This practice is a total body workout that creates longer, leaner muscles and a body with more mobility to improve circulation. This class is a great class to clear out all the static in both the body and mind to prepare you for meditation. Students will move through many sun salutations, vinyasas and poses of varying degrees of difficulties.

Slow Flow Yoga.
Slow Flow Yoga class is ideal for anyone new to yoga and interested in its benefits. This beginner Slow Flow Yoga class will help you to build strength, increase flexibility, and find balance.

Restorative Yin Yoga.
Restorative Yin Yoga is a perfect class for all beginners who need to learn how to relax or who suffer from anxiety, depression, different types of arthritis and many other diseases. 
Restorative Yin yoga uses a wide range of props to support the body. When the body is fully supported in a pose, you can relax into the shape of the pose without exerting any physical effort to stay there. You can therefore “receive” rather than “do” the pose. In the beginning of the class there is a sequence of movements for all our joints. This class is a great for stress release.

Hot Yoga.
Hot Yoga consists of a series of postures done in a heated room of 105 degrees with mild humidity to promote sweating, detoxification and purification of the body. The hot temperature, combined with the yoga poses means that you will sweat a lot and burn off a lot of calories. Hot Yoga can help to improve flexibility, suppleness and strength and can also help with the ability to deal with stress and to increase relaxation.

Community Yoga Class - 60 min class.
Community Yoga Class is an introducing into yoga one  hour class. At the class you will learn basic pranayamas (breathing) and basic asanas (postures) with focusing on your breath and body. Great class for beginners.

Moderate Flow Yoga. 
Moderate Flow Yoga class is ideal for anyone who has been practicing yoga for a while and interested in its benefits. This Moderate Flow Yoga class will help you to maintain strength, increase flexibility, and enjoy Asanas.
